So you guessed it, RESTORE. I mean just look at every word of that definition including synonyms and that describes it ALL. How will I do this? I am not really sure just yet to be honest but finding a common place/word/theme is a nice place to start I think. I think how I started the new year off... in bed, recovering from surgery wasn't helpful for me. There wasn't any BANG or any excitement but yet another moment of hardship. And as silly as it might sound I feel stuck right now, stuck in the losses of 2016, stuck not wanting to get out of bed. I have this word now, goals and what not but I can't seem to kick off how to get going.
Do you have a word or theme for 2017? How are you kicking off the New Year?
