So about last night...... for me the theme was "un-memorable". From the show to the fashion, the whole thing bored me. NOW... I will say that Tina & Amy's opening monologue was amazing!! It really had me laughing out loud but then they disappeared? No more laughs after that!
The fashion? Most of the looks I liked but it was hard to pick out more than a few I loved. Here are 5 of my favorites.......
* This color red just popped and I thought she looked classy and flawless!
* Yes..... I realize this might be on the worst list for some but I LOVED it! She is pregnant and this dress made her glow! She is always a risk taker and I just loved this look!
* Va-Va-voom!! Take note Jennifer Lopez.... this is the way to turn heads.....
* Could she look any prettier? This is perfection and I swear we should be friends in real life!
* Oh how I love thee..... She always looks like a "Haute Couture" dream and she looked amazing last night.
So the bad???
* Yup, I did it... I put Mrs. Clooney on this list but I hate it. Not only did she look beyond bored the entire night but I loathe the gloves.
* Sorry Jennifer but this dress aged you, it is too young or too something.....
* Tina....... why?
* This is just awful, I think it looks like a bedspread that is chocking the life out of her boobs.
* J Lo.... people love you and they love this look but didn't I see you in a revealing, bedazzled dress the last... every single time I see you? We get it ... your hot.... but come on....

Next up is Cara from Maskcara which happens to be Allure Magazines beauty blogger of the year! I have never been one to watch make-up or hair tutorials but this girl is great! You might recognize her from Pinterest, her posts are hugely popular ...thats how I found her! She is stunning and her "How-to's" are totally do-able! AND....I actually reached out to her via FB and asked about her skin care routine and she REPLIED!!!!!!!! Here is what she said....
The best thing in the living world is the clarisonic. I swear it took me years to pay the 100 dollar price tag and try it but my skin has never been better. I just use it with any gentle cleanser (like cetifill from walmart) and a good moisturizer (like st. ives timeless) you won't regret it! Let me know if you get it! Love cara

Hi Guys! Monday already??? Where did the weekend go? I didn't do much of anything but it just flew by. One thing we did do is go see Zero Dark Thirty, I have been waiting for this movie for months. Anticipation can be a let down when it comes to waiting to see a movie...but this did NOT disappoint! This movie is incredible, from the moment it started we couldn't tear our eyes away. It blows my mind how this incredible puzzle was put together and by a woman. It is amazing that a young woman is the reason OBL was found! Also amazing is that this movie was written, produced and directed by a woman. This is a great example of how we (as women) can do anything....honestly. This is a 3 hour drama, I loved every minute and I would go see it again! Matt loved it too..... On a side note.....Jessica Chastain is so stunning, absolutely beautiful!

Last night was the Golden Globes which are always fun to watch and who doesn't like to pick their own best and worst dressed list?? I will pretend for just a minute that I am on E! Fashion Police!! Here is mine!!! Let's start with worst......

Yes, she is a fellow OU alum (Boomer Sooner) but this dress and accessories make no sense to me......
Halle, we get it......you are older than most of these girls and your body is banging but stop. This looks like she got into a fight and half of her dress was torn off.....put your leg back in.
And again, JLO I get it.....you are stunning and I would kill for your body but I am over the skin tight, see-thru look.........Your shocking we get it. When she was on stage last night this dress really was sheer everywhere there is no white.

This one makes me sad, I love love her but are the "pockets" on her boobs used to catch crumbs from dinner? I don't like anything about this look! Her hair, the earrings and the dress looks too low, like at any minute if she sits up her boobs will pop out!
